How do I register for the masterclass?

Download the registration form. Courier your filled Masterclass Registration form along with cheque / Bank demand draft to:

Who will be the trainer for the masterclass?

Each Masterclass will be taken by a expert trainer and experts. Names of the trainers will be shared post 20th November 2017.

How do I pay for the delegate fees?

Can I pay for the registration fee on-site.

Yes! However it is advisable to register in advance as seats are limited. 

Please note that your seat will not be confirmed until payment is received at the organizer’s end.

Am I allowed to obtain a refund if I were to cancel my registration?

No

Is there any deadline for payment?

The Registration is done on First-come, first-served basis.  

If I sign up now and cannot attend the conference, can you refund the fees paid?

If conveyed at least 3 weeks in advance, you can nominate your colleague instead. However fees will not be refunded.

Will I get a certificate for attending the Masterclass ?

Yes.

Can I get discount if I am already a FICCI Member?

Yes. Please write to csrcfe@ficci.com for details with the subject “FICCI Member-Registration Discount ”

Is there a discount if we register as a group?

Yes! If your organization registers 5 or more delegates, you get a discount from your total fee. Please write to csrcfe@ficci.com with the subject “Group Registration ”

Can I change the sessions I registered for?

Yes, as long as the communication reaches to us by 20nd November, 2017

The conference is just 5 days away. Will there be enough time for you to send me an invoice? Alternatively what else can I do? My accounts department will not pay based on a registration form.

Upon receipt of payment, the organizer will issue you with a receipt. You may wish to pay with a valid credit card first and get reimbursed from your company using receipt issued.

My accounts department needs time to process the fees and it may not reach you by the stated date. What should I do?

Your attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received at the organizer’s end. You may wish to pay with a valid credit card first and get reimbursed from your company using receipt issued.

I am not able to courier the cheque, What do I do?

Please send the scanned copy along with the Cheque number, bank details and date of issue to csrcfe@ficci.com with the subject “ Payment for the CSR Masterclass”

     
How can I Register for the FICCI CSR Summit and Awards?

Please Click on Registration or write to csrcfe@ficci.com to register your interest. 

Once you have submitted your summit registration form, a confirmation note will be sent to you.

Is it compulsory to attend the summit on both the days?

Attending both of the days will be beneficial for the participants. However, it is not compulsory to attend both of the days.

Is there any volunteer opportunity for students?

Yes! There will be volunteer opportunities for students.  If you are interested in volunteering for the summit, write to Csrcfe@ficci.com with the subject “Volunteering possibility” 

Do all attendees need to register for the summit?

Yes, all attendees must register for the Summit.

Who can apply or be nominated for the prestigious FICCI CSR Awards?

The Nomination Cycle for the 16th CSR award has already been closed. Participants interested in applying for the 17th FICCI CSR Award can write to csrcfe@ficci.com with the subject “ Apply for 17th CSR Award”.  csrcfe@ficci.com with the subject “ Apply for 16th CSR Award”.

Is there any accommodation / Hotel near the Venue?

Yes. The Venue of the Summit is in Centre of Delhi. It has many hotel accommodations in the periphery of 5 km. The Closest hotel to the Venue is The Lalit New Delhi, located at Barakhamba Avenue | Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, India. It is 0.6 km from the venue.
